In the case that the essay you receive is not what you expected, there are a few things that you can do to resolve the issue. The first is to request for a revision. In the case that the writer is still on the wrong track after the revisions, a client can select another writer to complete the work, while giving clear instructions on what modifications should be made to the paper.
If the final paper after changing the writer is still unacceptable, quality evaluation is the next course of action. Quality evaluation involves negotiations between the client and our Customer Support Manager on refund possibilities or any other type of compensation for an unpleasant experience. Our payment services may not address this issue effectively, and it is therefore advisable to use the Customer Experience services to air the complaints.
